We're sorry to see you go. If there's anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us.

All your personal data and birth details will be permanently erased.

Once deleted, your account and coins cannot be recovered.

Make sure to cancel any active App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

How to Delete Your Account

Launch the ORIO app on your iOS or Android device and ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.

Tap on your profile icon or the 'Settings' tab in the main navigation menu.

Select 'Account' or 'Manage Account' from the settings menu.

Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Delete Account'. You will be asked to confirm this action one final time.

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team with your registered email address.
